The fresco
The inteno of the church has been completely recovered bringing the stone, the floor, the time, the niches, the windows and the splendid fresco to the light.
The painting to the inside represents it "Madonna with her Child", mural painting of the second halves the XIV sec. of unknown author.
The Madonna has sat down and in arm she holds up Jesus Bambino. The composition is inserted in an indefinite ambientazione and the two characters they seem to hover suspended. Some characteristic lines of the Madonna and her Children allow to sustain the antiquity of the painting as the eyes "to crack" of lesson giottesca of the Madonna, the volumetria despite the bidimensionalità of the figure, the hands from the long fingers and you taper partly still Byzantine, the veil of oriental die with monochrome sketches realized on white fund.
The chronological organization of the work is reasonable that the painting places inside the second halves the XIV century.
